Primo Waters has rescheduled my delivery for 3 months at this point. I have never once consented to this. Yet they still charge me without fail. 15 reschedules and numerous broken promises by service reps.They are beyond negligent and have no regard to their customer base that depends on them for water.I hope that legal action is taken against this company on behalf of all the elderly customers who are less vocal and more in need than I am.
