Review of Water
This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever worked with. We started with a water dispenser and (2) 5-gallon jugs every two weeks. We received this order 3x. Now, it’s anyone’s guess what’s going to show up. Sometimes we get 2.5 gallon jugs. Sometimes we get multiple 2.5gallon jugs (these don’t work very well in the dispenser). Sometimes we get bottles (different sizes and different quantities. Often, we’ll get an email and a call that a delivery is scheduled…when that day arrives, nothing! No product and no call informing us that the schedule has been altered. I have called customer service many times and get nowhere. I have asked the manager to call, I’ve gotten one return call - a VM was left informing that they gad fixed everything on there end. Today, I received another erroneous delivery. Is water delivery more complicated than I think it should be?
