Primo sold out and ruined businessPrimo brands did a very poorly planned merger with another company named ReadyRefresh that had really bad service already. They've ruined what was a great water delivery service. They are now totally unreliable - you can trust they WON'T show up when they say they will, which. makes it hard to know how many bottles of water to order. Complete disaster of a merger. Overbilling, poor customer service/long wait times. The problems continue even though the merger was months ago.
Horrible company ever since the merger, they changed our delivery schedule without telling us, added items to our delivery we never had in the years using them, they dont answer the phone, chat isnt working, and when you try and call it hangs up after 5 minutes on hold.. Plus after we got on the phone with them ONCE in 2 weeks of trying we told them to cancel our account and they havent done that yet, and they made a delivery today that we absolutely will not be paying for.. horrible horrible company do not use i repeat DO NOT USE
Primo used to be Pure Life. The switch is the worst I've ever experienced. I called to cancel and waited over an hour on the phone. I had to be transfer to the retention depth. I waited at least another hour and hung up. I did this 3 to 4 times. My husband sent an email expressing that he wanted to close. He was advised he must call. 2 months later and 40 in late fee.This the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! So don't torment yourself. /Run!
Primo Waters/Alhambra was bought by a new company. Since then, I have had no water service, and they continue changing my delivery date almost daily this had been going for several weeks now. I am done, canceling my account.
Tried to order a cooler. After having our delivery date pushed back 3 times, bought one. Ran out of water, tried to pick up filled 5 gallon bottles but every single place within 15 miles was sold out. Ordered home delivery on 6/16, delivery was set for 6/18, then pushed back to 6/20 then to 7/3!!! Tried to call customer service at 2:48 pm, DST, got a recording stating higher than usual calls which then went to a message stating they were closed but their hours are 8am-6pm M-F. Canceled my delivery and will never recommend. Maybe stop acquiring areas ifbyou can't service them adequately.
Unfortunately, the credit card I’ve had for 22 years was rejected after using it with this company for years. I didn’t receive notice and didn’t receive the normally scheduled water delivery. I went on line to try to correct it, but it wouldn’t take my valid card. I used another card to make the payment. Once I saw that I was charged a $6 fee for paper invoicing that I don’t receive, I called Customer Service. I was on hold for 25 minutes only to be told that I needed to speak with the Costco group. I was then on hold for another 30 minutes, before I finally reached Rhonda. She was lovely and took care of all my issues. However, an hour hold time is unacceptable. Do better.
We've been trying to get in touch with someone for over two months with no success. Our delivery date continues to be delayed without clear communication, and at this point, we've completely run out of water. This level of service is incredibly frustrating, especially for a business that relies on timely supply. The first chance we get, we will be canceling our services
Absolutely horrible company since they took over Ready Refresh. They canceled over 10 deliveries; I closed my account and told them they had a week to pick up their water cooler and jugs to which I never received a response. Then they have the audacity to bill us as if we are still a customer. That's fraud folks. They have not had anyone here in over 10 weeks.
