Unfortunately, the credit card I’ve had for 22 years was rejected after using it with this company for years. I didn’t receive notice and didn’t receive the normally scheduled water delivery. I went on line to try to correct it, but it wouldn’t take my valid card. I used another card to make the payment. Once I saw that I was charged a $6 fee for paper invoicing that I don’t receive, I called Customer Service. I was on hold for 25 minutes only to be told that I needed to speak with the Costco group. I was then on hold for another 30 minutes, before I finally reached Rhonda. She was lovely and took care of all my issues. However, an hour hold time is unacceptable. Do better.
