Review Time
I wouldn't give this company one star since its merger. The deliveries never seem to come on time, and they keep sending next that the delivery will come the next day. They have left leaking bottles on the driveway and instead of reimbursing, they place a forward credit that doesn't seem to get calculated in the next bill. Their billing needs an audit. I now make the trekt to the grocery store to get water because one never knows when a delivery will show up and how much you will have to pay for it.
Rescheduled my delivery date and I cannot change it. When calling support it's over an hour just to speak with someone. If I run out of water before my next scheduled delivery they wont deliver ad-hoc bottles of water.
The worst company I've ever dealt with. They tried double billing me for a month I already paid for. I showed them proof, said they'd fix it and didn't, then tried to give me a late fee. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau at this point.
Customer service is horrible. I haven’t had a delivery since May 3, 2025! I was promised I’d get water on June 12, 13, 16, 17, &18. And, today, the rep tells me they can’t get the water delivered until June 23. I’ve been told that they were escalating my case. But, still no water. They put me on hold with loud music playing, and then the call gets dropped. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life! I’m told that they recently merged. However, other companies have had mergers without disasters like this. I have spent numerous hours on the phone during the last week and a half and still no water. Their communication is horrible. You don’t get a phone call, text, or email to let you know your delivery has been rescheduled. You have to keep calling the incompetent staff that is overseas. Get your water from a more reputable company!
My delivery has been delayed for 2 weeks straight now. I called in and after going through the automated service there was a message saying thy were closed even though it was regular business hours. Then the automated service asked me to leave feedback the representative that helped me.
I did not request cups with my order, yet they were added without my approval. This isn't the first time items were included that I didn’t authorize. On top of that, customer service is difficult to reach, and getting a simple issue resolved takes way too long. I expected better accuracy and communication from a company like Primo. Will be reconsidering future orders if this continues.
