I have been a loyal customer with Crystal Springs for thirty years. I have always managed my deliveries online, as I am a widow and don't need a delivery every month.It's also alot cheaper if I have two or three bottles of water delivered, and empties picked up at one time.Since Primo Water recently took over, I it has been a nightmare.Two weeks ago I logged onto my account and cancelled my June delivery.Two nights ago at 8pm,I get an automated call that I have a delivery the next day.I logged onto my account and it showed no delivery until July 1st.Next thing I know a full bottle is left on my front porch-where I, at 68 yrs. of age, had to take the bottle through my house all the way to the garage downstairs.They have notes to deliver to back door.I didn't set out empty,as delivery was cancelled.I now have an invoice on the way for one bottle of water,a $14.95 delivery charge,and a charge for no empty turned in. I am about ready to close my account shortly.
Since Primo has become the parent company, service is no existent! Water is not delivered on time or in my case, at all. You cannot reach Customer Service, there is absolutely no help or efficiency with this new company. I want out and you can't even do that on any of the sites!
I live in Bibb county Georgia and have had service for several years through Crystal Springs. It’s been terrible service (broken bottles, inconsistent deliveries and incorrect billing). Now with the merger with Primo Brands the service has become unbearable. Recently just stopped delivering without any explanation or notice. Can’t reach a representative via email, online messaging or phone. I spent no less than 2 hours trying to reach someone for an explanation as to why I have not received a scheduled water delivery for the past two months. In the meantime I have two 5-gallon glass bottles sitting in my driveway just waiting to be accidentally broken which I have already paid an expensive deposit on but now appears that I will never get my deposit refunded as all my communication attempts have failed. Actually been on hold for over 40 minutes while completing this review. Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute charges.
They are just impossible to deal with. Once they get your information they just start delivering whatever they want whenever they want. They don't respect your orders, your dates or your qualities. They make bilong mistakes. The technology is awful, the customer service non existent. I have had to resort to credit card charge backs to get them to stop.
I wish the was a chance of zero star ,don't trust this company is the worst ever , they did merge with redyrefresh they don't care about you , I try to call beacouse my delivery was postponed 3 times , finally after 60 minutes on the phone got some one on the fone to see when the delivery was coming and they postponed one more time ,and they don't care about anything .use any other company not this one is horrible. PRIMO BRANDS OWES US $640.00 for already RETURNED 5 gallon bottles, refuses to credit our account. They have no Mountain Valley water to deliver going forward (can't explain why) and their customer service department LIES and OBFUSCATES the truth for their customer base. We will never see our money unless they are forced into compliance. Is there an attorney general out there that will look into this company? They control much of the water delivery in the Northeast and are unaccountable.
Horrible customer service. Just the worst. When Primo water took over they switched me from Sparkletts to arrowhead with consulting me. Started delivering bottles without handles which I can’t lift. Started delivering bottles to another location at my house which is inconvenient. And they make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Extremely disappointed with this water delivery service. Our original delivery was scheduled for last Friday, but it was changed without any notice — first to Monday, then Tuesday, and now it's supposedly coming this Friday. This constant rescheduling with zero communication is completely unacceptable, especially for something as essential as drinking water.We’ve been left without water and no explanation or update from the company. If you rely on timely delivery and clear communication, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This level of service is unreliable and frustrating.
