Review of Water
I live in Bibb county Georgia and have had service for several years through Crystal Springs. It’s been terrible service (broken bottles, inconsistent deliveries and incorrect billing). Now with the merger with Primo Brands the service has become unbearable. Recently just stopped delivering without any explanation or notice. Can’t reach a representative via email, online messaging or phone. I spent no less than 2 hours trying to reach someone for an explanation as to why I have not received a scheduled water delivery for the past two months. In the meantime I have two 5-gallon glass bottles sitting in my driveway just waiting to be accidentally broken which I have already paid an expensive deposit on but now appears that I will never get my deposit refunded as all my communication attempts have failed. Actually been on hold for over 40 minutes while completing this review. Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute charges.
