PRIMO BRANDS OWES US $640.00 for already RETURNED 5 gallon bottles, refuses to credit our account. They have no Mountain Valley water to deliver going forward (can't explain why) and their customer service department LIES and OBFUSCATES the truth for their customer base. We will never see our money unless they are forced into compliance. Is there an attorney general out there that will look into this company? They control much of the water delivery in the Northeast and are unaccountable.
