Review Time
This is the second week in a row the company has canceled our delivery. I have reached out to customer service on multiple occasions by phone and their online app and no representatives respond or reply. I’ve waited more than an hour on the phone with no one answering.
Literally the worst. I have called these incompetent, inept imbeciles a half dozen times. Each time I'm on hold for at least a half an hour. No one answers. Ever! Why did they buy the business from Hinckley and Schmidt? They suck at customer service worse than anything in human comprehension. What's maddening, as you wait forever, their mind-numbing propaganda, informs you on how you can get "even faster" service. They make Comcast seem like extremely diligent customer service. Literally, this is the worst company in the history of companies at customer service. Whoever whoever is responsible for their customer service should be fired. Don't sign up. Dealing with them is total misery.
Horrible customer service. 2 faulty machines - tried to blame it on me. Smelled electrical components burning. Thank god I was home.Woman on phone was rude - I am forced to sit with this broken machine in my house for the next 11 days. At least I got my 10 dollar water bottle deposit back.
As soon as Crystal Springs merged with Primo it was all downhill; a no-show for two weeks straight after having received email confirmation of both dates as 'confirmed'. Poor communication with their 'dispatch team' to properly restore good service as it once was and countless promises to do better. Canceled our account after having had enough of waiting around for deliveries that never arrived in their 11-hour window of 7:00am-6:00pm.
After constantly rescheduling my water deliveries for about a month and being lied to by customer service, I canceled my service. I’m pretty sure they were never going to deliver my water. It was almost impossible to get ahold of them to cancel my service. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with!
This is the worse company ever. I used to get my order every month on the same date however once these idiots took over they can’t even make one delivery. It’s been two months of cancellations and still no water. Stay tuned after 3 cancellations this week they now say Friday. WTF
We were originally with the previous company which then changed to Primo. Our June delivery never happened. We have called 5 times, each time with promises of water delivery. Has never happened. The wait time to speak with someone is ridiculous - wonder why - and it appears we are stuck. So many promises, we are in Annapolis and apparently most water delivery points to Primo. Feeling as if the company has marketed itself into a service it can’t deliver. Good luck with that. Searching for water!
