Literally the worst. I have called these incompetent, inept imbeciles a half dozen times. Each time I'm on hold for at least a half an hour. No one answers. Ever! Why did they buy the business from Hinckley and Schmidt? They suck at customer service worse than anything in human comprehension. What's maddening, as you wait forever, their mind-numbing propaganda, informs you on how you can get "even faster" service. They make Comcast seem like extremely diligent customer service. Literally, this is the worst company in the history of companies at customer service. Whoever whoever is responsible for their customer service should be fired. Don't sign up. Dealing with them is total misery.
