They Restarted my Cancelled…

They Restarted my Cancelled SubscriptionI cancelled my ReadyRefresh service last year. However sometime after the merger my account was restarted with no notification or permission. I am not interested in receiving anything from this company and have been given the run around and no one has assisted me. Most of all I do not appreciate being charged when I am not even receiving ANYTHING!

One star is one too many

One star is one too many. This is the worst company I've ever done business with. Ever since the merger to ReadyRefresh - which they're so "proud to announce" - not one thing has gone correctly. Deliveries never show up, and when it does, it's either products I didn't order or broken glass bottles. Which I can't even get replaced or refunded. Don't bother calling because no one answers. Chatbot is worthless. App and website are insanely non-functioning. I'm literally stuck since they owe me $70 or two replacements. Not that there is any way to cancel! This company needs to be sued.

DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS - SOMEONE IS FLUFFING THIS COMPANY TO FLUSH OUT NEGATIVE COMMENTS. Since the merger, this has been the worst company to deal with. When you call, you'll wait on hold for 30 minutes before given an option to get a callback from someone in a call center in another country who does not know much about how the business works. Our hours are 11am to 6pm and no matter how many times we've told them to arrive during our business hours we get an email saying that they've delivered and left the bottles outside on the street in NYC at 9am. Multiple orders we've not received because someone is too lazy to come during our business hours. Now it's been a few weeks without a delivery because the new trick is them emailing saying they canceled our delivery and rescheduled to a new date. It's been six times that we've been rescheduled on. I have over a dozen empty bottles that they refuse to pick up and will charge you for them. It's gotten to the point we've had to tell them the bottles will be tossed out and I do not want to be responsible for their mistakes anymore. RUN from this company. They handle multiple different water companies now so if anything has the Primo logo on the site, expect the worst service you can image. Even the drivers are fed up with how they're being overworked and have no communication with their office.

DON'T DO IT!!!

We just signed up with Primo/Ready Fresh on 6/14 and our delivery date continues to be moved. I signed up to be notified via text and have yet to get a text except to confirm I'll get text. Waited over 45 mins for Customer Service and have since pressed 1 for them to call me back. They do call back so I'll give them that. All the reps have been difficult to understand and seem to not care about the delivery issues. I was promised delivery today but date was moved yet again so I canceled. Just wish I would've done more research before signing up with them!!

Have had multiple issues with…

Have had multiple issues with dispensing maching, which was replaced a total of 4 times. New website is difficult to navigate, difficult to speak with customer service. Very dissatisfied, would not recommend.

Re-Scheduled..... get used to it. ReadyRefresh to worst service

ReadyRefresh is now Primo Brands, worst thing ever. Since my water delivery service became Primo Brands, delivery is rescheduled up to 6 times before these incompetents actually delivered the water. Call them ? Expect a minimum of 30 minutes wait. Cancelling service in a few minutes. Stay away from!!

Not delivering! TERRIBLE!

Since primo brands bought Ready Refresh, we have NOT gotten any deliveries. Every time we call, they say it will come tomorrow. They have said this every day since the beginning of April. This is ridiculous. Our dental office has used Ready Refresh for many years, and this new company is absolutely terrible. Worst service ever!

Go somewhere else

If you want water delivery go to a different company. When they merged it all went downhill fast, changed our delivery date without notice and for 3+ weeks kept getting rescheduled, tried calling every phone # I could find after being on hold several times just started replying to every reschedule notice to cancel our account and after 6 copy paste to cancel finally they responded with cancellation.... Just don't use them.

They were bad before as ReadyRefresh

They were bad before as ReadyRefresh, they are horrid now as Primo Brands. Customer service is non-existent and they have rescheduled delivery so ,many times they are a month late.
