DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS - SOMEONE IS FLUFFING THIS COMPANY TO FLUSH OUT NEGATIVE COMMENTS. Since the merger, this has been the worst company to deal with. When you call, you'll wait on hold for 30 minutes before given an option to get a callback from someone in a call center in another country who does not know much about how the business works. Our hours are 11am to 6pm and no matter how many times we've told them to arrive during our business hours we get an email saying that they've delivered and left the bottles outside on the street in NYC at 9am. Multiple orders we've not received because someone is too lazy to come during our business hours. Now it's been a few weeks without a delivery because the new trick is them emailing saying they canceled our delivery and rescheduled to a new date. It's been six times that we've been rescheduled on. I have over a dozen empty bottles that they refuse to pick up and will charge you for them. It's gotten to the point we've had to tell them the bottles will be tossed out and I do not want to be responsible for their mistakes anymore. RUN from this company. They handle multiple different water companies now so if anything has the Primo logo on the site, expect the worst service you can image. Even the drivers are fed up with how they're being overworked and have no communication with their office.
