Review of Water
We just signed up with Primo/Ready Fresh on 6/14 and our delivery date continues to be moved. I signed up to be notified via text and have yet to get a text except to confirm I'll get text. Waited over 45 mins for Customer Service and have since pressed 1 for them to call me back. They do call back so I'll give them that. All the reps have been difficult to understand and seem to not care about the delivery issues. I was promised delivery today but date was moved yet again so I canceled. Just wish I would've done more research before signing up with them!!
