If I could them zero stars I would

If I could them zero stars I would. This company rescheduled deliveries without notifying me. I tried to call customer service but no one answers the phone, sent several messages, but only got one response. Due to deliveries not being made, I ran out of water and ask them to come pick up my equipment, which they haven’t picked up yet. They have rescheduled so many times, I can’t keep up. I eventually sat it outside and informed them and it’s still out there. They kept trying to charge me for deliveries that were never made as well. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Please do not use this service because you will be disappointed.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am not sure what the merger was supposed to do, but my business service has been interrupted for over a month, and I have been rescheduled over 5 times with no delivery in sight. customer service is nonexistent, and the phone puts you on hold for 5 or 6 minutes then asks you to do a survey on your call and hangs up on you. delivery was always a bit spotty but now we just don't get any. and you can't cancel your service because they don't answer the phone and canceling is not an option online..... officially done.

The worst experience i've ever had

The worst experience I've ever had. I've been trying to cancel my account since last year. I've already arranged for the equipment to be collected, and no one shows up. I've even paid for unfair charges and you keep sending me abusive bills. The same way the bills keep arriving, I would like someone to contact me because your phone service is chaotic.

Terrible customer service..

Terrible customer service... actually nonexistent. I am unable to speak to a human. Nobody responds to inquiries left via their app. Our dispenser has been broken for over one month, during that time they have rescheduled the exchange three times; there was no notification, I could only find the reschedule info on the app the day after the schedule appointment. Today they came and picked up the old one, but didn't replace it!

This company is shady and the customer…

This company is shady and the customer service is non-existent. Very frustrating. I never even signed up for service and they keep sending me bills. When I try to explain over email, because you cannot get a human on the phone, they respond as if they have not even read nor understood my issue.

Worst customer service experience

The water wasn't bad tasting . Had 2 different machines within 6 months since the first one broke down. Then when I went to cancel they said I didn't pay deposits and 3 months later charged me again. Said there was nothing I could do but pay and even though i cancelled 3 months ago and didnt get the deposits back I still needed to pay it. Absolutely ridiculous

No Support Available

I tried calling multiple times and couldn’t reach anyone. When I finally got through to an agent—twice—the call dropped both times before anything could be resolved. I also filled out the help form, but never got a response. Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service.

Water delivery now overdue a couple of…

Water delivery now overdue a couple of weeks. Calling customer Service - no answer for an hour - just blabla how great they are. Tried automated system. Apparently we are not a customer - our phone number and customer number is not recognized. Back into the queue. Just hang up after an hour - kept the phone off the hook to see how loang it would take but they won. I wonder if their CEO ever tries to actuall call his own company and experience abysmal customer service.

If there was a zero star option that is…

If there was a zero star option that is what I would give. My first order was supposed to be delivered on 6/23, then moved to 6/24, then 6/25, then 6/26, now 6/27. It's impossible to speak with someone live! I waited 30 minutes on the phone and had to hang up as I work. I have placed a chat without anyone to respond! I will be canceling and reporting any charges on my cc to the bank.

Beware of Primo Brands

Beware of Primo Brands! They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. If you go to the BBB website, they actually have an "F" rating because they don't respond to customer complaints. With the changeover from ReadyRefresh to Primo Brands in NJ, customer service has gone way downhill to the point of literally not existing. I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone or by chat. They have rescheduled my dispenser cleaning about 4 times at the last minute with no explanation. Then, when I went online to reschedule the cleaning to a day that I would actually be home the service became immediately unavailable in my area. I am canceling my service and warning people about this company.
