I am not sure what the merger was supposed to do, but my business service has been interrupted for over a month, and I have been rescheduled over 5 times with no delivery in sight. customer service is nonexistent, and the phone puts you on hold for 5 or 6 minutes then asks you to do a survey on your call and hangs up on you. delivery was always a bit spotty but now we just don't get any. and you can't cancel your service because they don't answer the phone and canceling is not an option online..... officially done.
