Water delivery now overdue a couple of weeks. Calling customer Service - no answer for an hour - just blabla how great they are. Tried automated system. Apparently we are not a customer - our phone number and customer number is not recognized. Back into the queue. Just hang up after an hour - kept the phone off the hook to see how loang it would take but they won. I wonder if their CEO ever tries to actuall call his own company and experience abysmal customer service.
