We are new customers and we scheduled a water delivery on the 18th then we were told they weren’t able to deliver the water on that day so the new date was the 20th. Now they have made the date the 23rd. We are completely out of water. We tried calling during the Iowa stated and there was a message that said the office wasn’t open. I tried calling and waiting over 11 minutes on the phone. I messaged them through their website. I don’t know what else to do, but I’m going to ask them to cancel it if we don’t get the water on the 23rdI only gave them a two because they carry Poland Springs water. The customer service is horrible right out of the gate.
