Returned an UNUSED, sealed item via the pre paid DPD return label on April 17th and on the 1st May still no refund of ?170. Customer services are very responsive but despite being passed the tracked DPD number haven’t initiated a refund yet. For a premium brand this customer service is simply unacceptable and will not be ordering online from PENHALIGONS again.

I contacted customer service because I had purchased a faulty bottle of Halfeti (the spray nozzle didn’t work). I had to send a video and fill out a form and then I had to get the faulty bottle shipped back to penhaligons. Then I had to wait for a new bottle to be sent out. For my trouble I was offered a 15% discount on a future purchase. In my line of business, having seen the faulty bottle not working on a video, I would have sent the customer a replacement without causing them more hassle in sending it back. This is a luxury product with a price tag to match. I think the service provided fell very short considering.

I recently placed an order for a perfume online. Unfortunately, upon opening the box, I discovered that the embossing details on the leather sleeve had been overlooked. After contacting Penhaligon's consumer services that same evening, I received feedback from Tabetha within just a few minutes. She immediately took the time to address my issue, consistently responded quickly during correspondence, and helped me resolve the problem within a short time. I'm now looking forward to receiving the replacement with the correct engraving.
