Returned an UNUSED, sealed item via the pre paid DPD return label on April 17th and on the 1st May still no refund of ?170. Customer services are very responsive but despite being passed the tracked DPD number haven’t initiated a refund yet. For a premium brand this customer service is simply unacceptable and will not be ordering online from PENHALIGONS again.
