I had a great experience with Penhaligon’s customer service, Tabetha B was quick to respond and very efficient. I would recommend shopping with them as their fragrance is amazing and knowing that if you should have an issue their customer service is impeccable. Thank you

4 stars for the following reasons. The fragrances are great and I have used them for years. They are expensive but last a long time and are worth it. Customer service and staff in stores are very helpful. A particular call out for the great help from Dean. But ordering from the website continues to be a nightmare after many years (hence the loss of one star).

Leah B and Ella L have been great at arranging a refund for me after I changed my mind having bought some perfume in store.It seems to be a long complex process for them to have to go through to ensure the refund comes to my account but they persevered and kept me updated every step of the way. Having purchased their products for some 30 years for myself and my wife, also both my sons wearing their fragrance. I could not believe the treatment we received via the Chester branch. The member of staff, a rather plump and pompous sales assistant was possibly the rudest person I have ever come across. We were in to purchase a bottle of bluebell, Blenheim and Cairo, but we're told to leave as the shop was closing. I have since tried to contact the customer service team for Penhaligons and have received an excuse that they are busy. What kind of business has this become?

When I told Ella about my issue with an atomiser, she was very quick to deal with my problem and with a few emails I was able to get a resolution. She arranged for a replacement to be sent without quibble. I have used their products for the past 10 years and I am very happy to continue. Their fragrances are second to none and I enjoy when they send me little samples to whet my appetite to change.My experience with both Ella and the company has be a joy, I only wish other companies were as helpful

I recently went to the covent garden penhaligon shop and was served by employee named Var. He was amazing and very helpful and passionate about fragrances. He really did make my day. I live in leigh on sea and would definitely be traveling back to covent garden to the shop just to be s3rved by himself again.
