Review of Penhaligons
When I told Ella about my issue with an atomiser, she was very quick to deal with my problem and with a few emails I was able to get a resolution. She arranged for a replacement to be sent without quibble. I have used their products for the past 10 years and I am very happy to continue. Their fragrances are second to none and I enjoy when they send me little samples to whet my appetite to change.My experience with both Ella and the company has be a joy, I only wish other companies were as helpful
