Had an issue with a bottle of Helfati purchased at Heathrow airport, I used the online chat service and Leah B responded promptly even though it was on a weekend! My payment had gone through twice. After recent experience of trying to contact other online customer services I was dreading beginning my quest to rectify the problem. However.....I was able to locate a direct customer services telephone number extremely quickly. Within a matter of seconds I was through to Kanval, who was extremely happy to assist and resolved my issue in minutes. Furthermore she has been in constant contact, keeping me fully updated throughout the process. Thank you Kanval.
