I bought an aftershave from Penhaligon's and ordered online, but the confirmation email missed a couple of lines from the delivery address. I emailed messaged them at 23.45 to ask them to check this and had an email back in 4 minutes to confirm the actual delivery address had been received correctly. Hats off to Susann B in their helpdesk team for an incredibly fast response.
