I needed to contact Penhaligon when I received an email from UPS asking me to verify my address. Luckily I spotted this was spam but had to check with Penhligon that my order was on it way. It arrived a couple of days later, beautifully wraped. thank you

The perfumes are amazing, they last all day, frequent complements and a super happy me. I ordered some more of my favourite perfume for the free gift not to be added online, even though the code was added.Spoke to customer support and they were amazing, communications were regular, polite and informative and helpful. Can't recommend enough both the perfume and the service I have received.

I ordered online spent ?170 for Christmas presents which entitled me to 2 free gifts. When the order was delivered the free gifts were missing. Contacted them via the online chat, very unhelpful agent basically told me there was nothing he could do. Then contacted them by email but was told that I had omitted to add the promotion code to my original order so I could return my order and reorder. However when I tried to do this the code didn’t work. Contacted them again only to be told that code was no longer valid. Asked if they could just send the free gift that were missing but totally ignored. First and last time I shop with Penhaligons.Response to my review from Penhaligons “we have reached out to you privately.”Well yhey haven’t yet.

I placed a Black Friday order with Penhaligon's valued at ?135 on Friday 29th November, receiving email confirmation of my order later that day. I have now (on 4th December) received an email from them to say that my order has been cancelled due to items being out of stock and I should receive a refund within 7 days. No compensation of any kind has been offered

Aaaamazing service! Love this store. Went here twice and bought a perfume each time. Had a lovely experience. Plus, the online experience with Shannon was amazing! I wanted to check that Babylon was back in stock but couldn’t called the store because I’m out of country and she called, asked and emailed me within 5 mins of my request. Can’t speak higher honestly. Plus now I have a plethora of teeny tiny perfumes to try on top of my purchases and so far they are all absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for the lovely experience!

Had an issue with a refund. Still ongoing and no response or updates. Something very simple that should have been sorted in a blink . The customer service team online very helpful and did chase it up multiple times on my behalf but the actual store is utterly incompetent and useless . Very frustrating. My trust in the brand totally destroyed. A real shame that a few individuals can have so little regard for their customers and spoiling the experience and the hard work that other Penhaligon’s employees put in. **** Btw, I already have an ongoing dialog with the Customer Service team but it’s the actual shop that keeps on ignoring the issue it seems. It’s been over 6weeks . A disgrace. Insulting lack of respect for their clients.
