I recently ordered Terrible Teddy with a promotional code for a few free gifts to he sent. I noticed the gifts weren’t included in my order and I left a message with the support team. Ella L responded within a matter of hours asking for a few details, l to confirm my order, the next message Ella L had resolved and confirmed th shipment of the gifts. Not only does Penhaligans have incredible scents, they have great support staff. Thanks Ella L you were great.

Had a problem with DPD, where they gave me a time then didnt appear, it was later updated delivered 4 hours late and not in my safe place (even though i had added a description of where this was).Dpd advised me to contact penhaligons which i did and Sara A has been nothing but a god send from the minute she replied and has sorted everything even though it was DPD who much up. Great and quick service and has saved a birthday :D

Purchased maduro leaf candles as usual. The best scent in the world in my opinion. Free gift hadn't applied at checkout so I contacted customer service. Sara A got the coding issue resolved and gift sent out the next day. Always a pleasure purchasing from Penhaligons. Packaging always excellent too.
