I recently had an issue with my order and contacted customer services expecting to wait a couple of days for a response and within 10 minutes I had a reply from a lovely, polite lady called Ella L who was able to handle my query from start to finish quickly & efficiently, nothing seemed too much trouble. I am really grateful to her for making it a pleasurable experience and not a chore which makes such a difference these days. Thank you for all your help.

I had ordered a personalised sleeve but unfortunately got the wrong initials.Shannon C. was very helpful and talked me reliably through the process. I had issues with tracking / knowing the status of my order. I contacted Penhaligon through the chat support speaking to Sara Z who was very great/ efficient in helping with my query. I was told my issue would be looked into and within an hour I had a response back confirm my order status/ tracking.
