Had a problem with DPD, where they gave me a time then didnt appear, it was later updated delivered 4 hours late and not in my safe place (even though i had added a description of where this was).Dpd advised me to contact penhaligons which i did and Sara A has been nothing but a god send from the minute she replied and has sorted everything even though it was DPD who much up. Great and quick service and has saved a birthday :D
