Had an issue with a bottle of Helfati purchased at Heathrow airport, I used the online chat service and Leah B responded promptly even though it was on a weekend! Since then Leah has been absolutely fantastic in her customer service , I would say it was exceptional! I hope the company notices this and give Leah B. a big bonus! Thanks again !
