Having purchased their products for some 30 years for myself and my wife, also both my sons wearing their fragrance. I could not believe the treatment we received via the Chester branch. The member of staff, a rather plump and pompous sales assistant was possibly the rudest person I have ever come across. We were in to purchase a bottle of bluebell, Blenheim and Cairo, but we're told to leave as the shop was closing. I have since tried to contact the customer service team for Penhaligons and have received an excuse that they are busy. What kind of business has this become?
