Being someone who worked in Instagram and email customer service for more than 10 years, I know how to appreciate staff with a personal touch to the matter. Once Shannon C. started communicating my issue with me, I knew it will be solved in a proper way. You just can tell when another person is behind the screen and not a robot with generic answers and offensive solutions to your issue, which can only make someone angry and feeling unappreciated. This should be a luxurious experience, which it ended up really being for me. THANK YOU Shannon for hearing me and making me fall in love with Penhaligon's even more! I'm speachless!

Took my mum into Glasgow today to have the Penhaligons store experience.The sales assistant was very rude, we tried to have some chat about the perfumes and nothing, I asked if I could smell the new one which she quickly mumbled the name whilst shouting to mum to just tap her card.This has not been my experience in this shop before I have always had a great service and the staff have taken time to chat this lady just couldn't be bothered.No spray on the little hankerchief and not even a sample.Won't be back in this store again. And you wonder why people are shopping on Amazon.Prnhaligons response was we will open a case but can't tell you the outcome.Poor mum!

We visited the Penhaligons store at Battersea shopping Mall about 2 weeks ago, and I have to say the customer service we received from Louie was amazing and very impressive. He found a perfume which was very similar to Diptyque which is my favourite brand. He even sprayed a lovely little necker chief square I was able to take home with me. And it still smells of the kisses perfume Excellent service thank you . Jane
