Took my mum into Glasgow today to have the Penhaligons store experience.The sales assistant was very rude, we tried to have some chat about the perfumes and nothing, I asked if I could smell the new one which she quickly mumbled the name whilst shouting to mum to just tap her card.This has not been my experience in this shop before I have always had a great service and the staff have taken time to chat this lady just couldn't be bothered.No spray on the little hankerchief and not even a sample.Won't be back in this store again. And you wonder why people are shopping on Amazon.Prnhaligons response was we will open a case but can't tell you the outcome.Poor mum!
