I had a problem with an item I’d bought and contacted customer services. Sophia Z and Sara A were super helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Both got back to me when they promised and let me know what was happening every step of the way. That’s how it should be done. Thank you!

One of the best experiences I accidentally bought the products twice and when I contacted, Kanval A contacted me. He researched on it and the duplicate order was cancelled. He sent me prompt updates. Smell doesn't last

I got a bottle of Penthaligon's Solaris in October. After using some other expensive brands, where the smell would typically last the whole day or longer in some cases, I was expecting this one to last at least 4-6 hrs. However, the perfume barely lasts 2 hrs. I even tested it on two friends and the result was exactly the same. While buying the perfume I was told it was long lasting. The perfume was an absolute waste of money and very disappointing.

I purchased Halfeti but my batch was off…

I purchased Halfeti but mine seemed like a bad batch because it caused an intense pain when I sprayed it on my wrist. The smell was also not exactly the same as the sample that I fell in love with before I made the purchase. Long story short, I reached out to customer service and Marjana D. assisted me. She was very helpful and stayed with me through the entire process of fighting with management and filing multiple claims to return and get a refund for the perfume.
