A delight

Had a wonderful experience at the Cardiff store. It was my disabled mum’s 86th birthday. Lovely sales assistant spent time explaining fragrances and helping her find one she loved, nothing was too much trouble. It felt very special being there and being spoilt with such great service and luxury fragrances. Mum was thrilled with her present of The Favourite. Made her day extra special.

I live in KoreaIt is not easy to buy penhaligon's products in Korea, so I was very happy to find the online shopAnd I ordered two body lotionsBut one of the two was delivered with a broken nozzle. Sara AL was very helpful! she responded quickly and was very helpful with the questions i had! great customer service when there is respect on both sides. :-) only thing that was annoying was that only UK and US can order just samples with nothing else added. but she helped me by informing me why it didnt work for me.

Missing Item, Inefficiency Service and Unreasonable Solution

I purchased the 75 mL The Tragedy of Lord George with festive gift wrap and a tag, but the tag was missing upon delivery. When I contacted customer service, Sara A informed me that if I wanted an exchange, I would have to cover the shipping costs myself—even though the issue was clearly Penhaligon’s fault.Sara A then offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase or the option to have the missing tag sent separately. However, it took seven days from my initial inquiry to confirm that they could send the tag, which arrived too late—my gift had already been given. When the tag finally arrived, it was poorly packaged in a dirty bag and scratched.For a luxury brand like Penhaligon’s, this level of service, inefficiency, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning their commitment to quality and customer care.

Awful experience

Awful experience. I purchased a blackfriday deal for 225 which includes a perfume and wash set, candle and sample perfume set. I got this delivered to a drop off point which was delivered on 29th November. I was unable to collect until 2nd December. When I went there I was told that the parcel was not there. The status was shown as delivered but it was not physically there. I contacted Penhaligons and was basically told they need to investigate and they tried to leave the conversation. However I insisted a call backend I was told I would be called within 48 hours. I never received the call. I then called them back and told they need to do an investigation which will take 10 working days. I explained the urgency and that I was not confident I would get the item before Christmas. I was not re-ensured by the customer service person at all and she tried to end the call as quickly as possible. I asked for a follow up in 24 hours as I simply want my item. After 30 hours, no call. I contacted the 3rd person who did her best to reensure me. After the call I got an email where apparently my item was being returned to penhaligon and I got 15 % discount. I bought the perfume but I will never use penhalligin again.No idea why I couldn't get the deal I wantedNo idea why pehaligan couldn't give me my order when they found an issue.No idea why I'm stillwaiting a 225 refundThe whole process of buying a luxury item felt cheap through the service provided.
