Being someone who worked in Instagram and email customer service for more than 10 years, I know how to appreciate staff with a personal touch to the matter. Once Shannon C. started communicating my issue with me, I knew it will be solved in a proper way. You just can tell when another person is behind the screen and not a robot with generic answers and offensive solutions to your issue, which can only make someone angry and feeling unappreciated. This should be a luxurious experience, which it ended up really being for me. THANK YOU Shannon for hearing me and making me fall in love with Penhaligon's even more! I'm speachless!
