I contacted customer service because I had purchased a faulty bottle of Halfeti (the spray nozzle didn’t work). I had to send a video and fill out a form and then I had to get the faulty bottle shipped back to penhaligons. Then I had to wait for a new bottle to be sent out. For my trouble I was offered a 15% discount on a future purchase. In my line of business, having seen the faulty bottle not working on a video, I would have sent the customer a replacement without causing them more hassle in sending it back. This is a luxury product with a price tag to match. I think the service provided fell very short considering.
