DO NOT BOOK - I thought I was actually booking with The Peabody Hotel for June 14 - celebrating my 56 birthday ! On June 2 I cancelled this reservation under the assumption I had obeyed the policy of full refund if cancelled within 72 hours of stay. I called today and was still charged the $306.08 for the one night stay. Be wise call the actual hotel you are booking at and speak with a live agent - happy birthday guest reservations - you scammed me.
I am a regular user of Travelodge web site and yesterday I booked a 3 night stay on their site with a saver rate of€321.00.When I checked my email to make sure booking was confirmed I found that this company had accessed the booking system of Travelodge and confirmed my booking at a cost of nearly €500 which is way above what the 3 night stay was advertised at by Travelodge. I request that Guest Reservations .com refunds me either the difference or the full amount now. This to me is not a great experience and I am not at all happy with the way Guest Experience.com carryout their business. I will be discussing this with both my bank and Travelodge in the morning. One other point they asked me to quote my booking number in all correspondence but never furnished me with one.James Kelly
STAY AWAY!!!! They are not affiliated with Hilton as their website suggests. Hilton Conrad actually told me that they have received numerous fraudulent claims for other members who booked through them. After cancelling and them refunding my trip which made them appear legitimate at first, they charged me again the same day under another false company (Priceline.ccs.com.) I only learned this after having to call the number provided next to the charge on my credit card. They continually will charge your credit card if you do not notice and send pings (per the Discover agent) to see if your card is still active and will repeatedly charge hoping you do not notice.
This site is a scam. They dont send out confirmation email and we thought the booking didnt go thru. So we tried again for a couple of days. Still no confirmation email. But the card was charged twice now. We tried to cancel the first booking but they say they gonna try since its double booking. Cancelation was successful in their side but little did we know there's no refund. Please report this site for scamming people
Booked a room for a night. The confirmation tells you one total price. Down at the bottom where you normally don’t read they add 2 additional charges to your stay that are not included in the price. You don’t know until your card is charged. Shady
I really thought that I was making a reservation at the hotel website. I opted for a refundable reservation but it was only after I paid with a debit card, that the real price was quoted with taxes,amounting to twice the price that I would have paid with Booking. They did not send me any e mail with a reservation number - so I cannot contact them - and a confirmation code. Money taken from my wife’s account already - I want to cancel my booking and get a refund. The phone number is not working and I cannot email to cancel as I have no reservation number. Feel scammed. AVOID at all costs
