I ordered canvas photos for Christmas gifts. There was a promotion in an email. However, the promotion would not populate on the website during the period it was open. After the promotion period was over, Canvas's website worked without issue. I advised Canvas of the technical issues. They did not care nor did they make an adjustment to the charges to reflect the promotion that I was unable to use due to their website. The price was $31.20 per 16" x 12" canvas and $21.60 per 14" x 10" canvas rather that the $13.00 per canvas. I sent Canvasonsale screen shots of their website. They did not care. The product was good, but my experience with Canvasonsale was terrible.

Siteground Only Gives AI Support; Terrible After You've PaidI pre-paid a year with Siteground and was mostly happy because I didn't have too many issues. I had an issue where one of my plugins caused a PHP error and I was easily able to restore an automatic backup from the day before. All good.But when I had an issue that I couldn't solve myself, it became a loop of AI support responses that I couldn't get out of easily. The AI would give you the "answer" and if it didn't work, it gave you a link to live support.But the link to human support just routed you back to the AI. FML.So if you can get to live support eventually, they're OK but you're fatigued from going through the loop to get to them. It's like they want you to just give up before connecting you to an actual person.Last time I contacted support, I got notified that my INITIAL payment was TRIPLING upon renewal. I fought their AI until I was so upset that I was swearing which got me to their actual human support.Once I finally got through to an actual person (I assume; it was a billing question), they just said that I should cancel without addressing the retention question that I asked. The context was that it went from like $10/month to $30/month for SHARED HOSTING. I wanted to know why and to see if they cared to keep me as a customer vs me switching. The answer was no. Switching to Hostinger which is more highly rated according to Google/ChatGPT.Just don't do it.

Really disapointed with the service. I ordered from the webiste, the outcome message was "Checkout Failed" after making payment. Did the order again and it was successful, only to find the first order did ACTUALLY go through and I was charged double (over ?400). Within minutes I contacted customer services to get a refund and they have not obliged. Thye are now saying their order systems wont allow a refund and I have to wait untill next week some time. Really bad experience and a website you cannot trust in terms of transactions. I'll update this when I get my refund.Update: still not received my refund. To add to the misery, they've cancelled both orders so my gift won't even be here for xmas. What a terrible experience. Avoid online purchases. Update: It's now 2nd Jan and I've still not received the refund or any products. Please think carefully before making any payment on their website.

The manager at Emmeline Lodge is outstanding. She listens well, is always friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond our expectations. When l was taken ill she alerted my family and emergency services, staying with me until they arrived. She supports the social aspects of living here by helping with events and celebrations. STAY AWAY!!!! They are not affiliated with Hilton as their website suggests. Hilton Conrad actually told me that they have received numerous fraudulent claims for other members who booked through them. After cancelling and them refunding my trip which made them appear legitimate at first, they charged me again the same day under another false company (Priceline.ccs.com.) I only learned this after having to call the number provided next to the charge on my credit card. They continually will charge your credit card if you do not notice and send pings (per the Discover agent) to see if your card is still active and will repeatedly charge hoping you do not notice.
