The manager at Emmeline Lodge is outstanding. She listens well, is always friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond our expectations. When l was taken ill she alerted my family and emergency services, staying with me until they arrived. She supports the social aspects of living here by helping with events and celebrations. Her attention to health and safety is of high quality.
