Bad customer service, I booked a room on 04/14/25 and on the same day I asked to cancel because the person who was supposed to arrive could not. According to the company's policy, if I cancel before 04/27/25, I should receive a full refund. From then until today, I have been arguing with them about receiving a refund. They are not trying to help and claim that time has passed (because they have extended the time) and refuse to refund the payment that is in their policy. I would recommend being careful because they do not meet the conditions they themselves set.
This COMPANY is a scam. Please be careful. I actually thought I was making a reservation directly through the hotel. I called the hotel to make changes to my reservation only to find out that guest reservation is a third party company. I called their 866 number and the agent said they are Priceline company. Agent Jovie won't allow me to change the date of my reservation but willing to cancel my original reservation yet won't guarantee a refund. Fortunately I got a hold of the hotel manager and got my reservation fix.
Unfortunately made a booking through the platform which advertised breakfast, wifi and shuttle. When the confirmation received, shuttle was not included amongst other things.Stayed on the line for customer service for over 2 hours, and called multiple times, only to be able to be assisted by the Sales team who do not have the tools to view or change any bookings.Strongly advise to stay away, save yourself the hassle and book directly with hotel or other reputable platforms.
Hello!I recently made a booking for a hotel that we have visited in the past already (Movenpick Zagreb). I used my phone for the booking and chosed a link that "seemed" to be the hotel's very own offer (movenpickzagreb.guestreservations.com).The presented rate was 162€, no other additional fees were obviously mentioned on the mobile presentation. AFTER the reservation (including payment), I got informed about several additional fees, the charged amount summarized to 251€.I cancelled the reservation immediately. AFTER the cancellation, I got the information that the room is not refundable.The additional fees are more than 50% of the advertised price, this is way overpriced. Such high fees should at least include a free refund option.I tried to call your support service what also didn't work well, I was unable to reach a person to talk to.The computer system could not find my reservation number, and I also could not use my linked (german) phone number, because it has more than 10 digits.Overall, this has been a very bad experience so far.Booking Ref. # 74433656518Booking Confirmation # R5455023753It would be great if you could assist me in this case, a refund would be very appreciated.
BEWARE - this site present themselves so you think your booking direct with the hotel but charge excessive fees on what initially looks like a cheap room. I booked a melbourne hotel from Hong Kong and clicked on a link that I thought was the hotels website so I was booking directly. It had a great rate but it said I had 3 minutes to complete the booking as it was the last room at that rate so I booked only to find the room I thought I was getting for $AU200 was charged to my card at $290.It was at this point that I realised what had happened as they had cloned the hotel site and when I challenged them, they said the extra $90 was for Tax Recovery and Service fees which is hugely excessive.Needless to say, l'll never use them again !!

There are many reviews to read on several sites. I got charged an unexpected fee that was more than half the cost of the hotel room I was booking. GR HAD paid for the room through booking.com, and kept the change. They are set up to make money and to make it as hard as possible to trace anything. They must have good lawyers, and their fine print probably protects them from any legal jeopardy.
I really thought that I was making a reservation at the hotel website. I opted for a refundable reservation but it was only after I paid with a debit card, that the real price was quoted with taxes,amounting to twice the price that I would have paid with Booking. They did not send mail with a reservation number - so I cannot contact them through their awful phone system. Money taken from my bank account already - I want to cancel my booking and get a refund. The phone number is no use and I cannot email to cancel as I have no reservation number. Feel scammed. AVOID at all costs
This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.The prices are significantly inflated and do not match those on platforms like Booking.com — they are unfair and misleading. The customer support is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful.In my case, the policies of your service directly contradicted the hotel’s own cancellation and refund policies, which made it impossible to resolve the situation smoothly. No one has tried to assist me properly, and I am left without any clear resolution.I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to others.
Just been ripped for ?350 per night no breakfast cant contact them EE won't allow calls to them...i wonder why. such a slippery way of doing business i thought same as others i was booking direct to the hotel but apparently my reservation was made by Booking.com so everyone is taking a slice out of a huge room rate.
