Bad customer service, I booked a room on 04/14/25 and on the same day I asked to cancel because the person who was supposed to arrive could not. According to the company's policy, if I cancel before 04/27/25, I should receive a full refund. From then until today, I have been arguing with them about receiving a refund. They are not trying to help and claim that time has passed (because they have extended the time) and refuse to refund the payment that is in their policy. I would recommend being careful because they do not meet the conditions they themselves set.
