I thought I made two reservation directly with the hotel. Since I have not received the reservation confirmations although paying with a credit card. I'm trying to find a way to get in contact with them. Calling the number on website don't take me anywhere, try to send a email turns out to be out of question because I need an itinerary number which I don't have. I strongly don't recommend this website to book any hotels.
Avoid this company...they have taken my money without making the booking, I have contacted them over a week ago and they have not even had the curtesy to reply, I had to pay the hotel direct and have currently paid twice...crooks
DO NOT BOOK with them . I am hesitant on writing this review because I don’t write bad reviews , I believe in sorting out the issue directly and I am concerned with backlash or targeted for writing a poor review . However , I can only share my real experience , and it’s such a poor experience I hope it prevents someone from making the sameMistake. So .. as the following reads;I was mislead into thinking that I was booking with Holiday Inn directly . Charges appeared after my card was processed . I initially didn’t think much of it because it was stated that free cancellation was available as long as request was placed 24hrs in advance of first check in date . I spend over 30mins the first time in the phone with an agent . And over 45mins with the agent the second time. Both times denied multiple times to speak to a manager. I finally hung up but did document everything and will be filling a fraud case with the appropriate authorizes. I should also mention , when contacting Holiday Inn that was when I find out the booking was technically made through Booking.com and the request for a full refund without penalty can only be made through the customer service agent via email , but that may take 1 or two business day to 7 days. When I request for the information so I can contact booking.com myself and ask them to contact Holiday Inn I was denied that information . This is highly un except-able .*Holiday Inn mentioned they have had many issues with guest complaints thinking they’re booking with the hotelChain directly , and not a scam website.

The strategy in use is to catch your attention with the great offer which is written in a very big bold font but once you click "Book" and fill in all the details, you've being asked to agree to Cancellations Policies and Terms & Conditions and in a very small text below everything you will see the final amount that you will be charged (you see it if you are lucky and have a good eyesight as for this info they use ""not that big" and "not that bold font" as for the initial offer). So, my booking in Amsterdam "converted" from 76 euro to 125 euro... 70% more!!! "Customer Service" explains you nicely that you already agreed to all the Terms and nothing can be done, brilliant SCAM!
Accidentally used this site to book two hotel rooms, but after they took my money I called the hotel to confirm and no actual booking was made. Cancelled their "booking" and they took the whole booking amount as a cancellation fee, even though they did not even make a real booking. Customer Service is AI that blocks talking to a real person. These people need to be investigated. Can't believe I fell for it. Please be very careful out there and stay the hell away from these scam artists.
Terrible company. Avoid! I paid for a hotel room, but was not sent any kind of confirmation with a booking reference and without it you cannot contact this company in any way. Like others on here, I thought I was booking direct with Hilton Hotels. This feels like a scam to me. I am now having to put in a claim via Barclaycard.
Price on screen was ?111 which seemed on the low side. Checked Trustpilot and saw POOR REVIEWS. I played along with their website to the booking stage where TOTAL TO PAY is now ?224. Looks like a bunch of chancers or rogues running this operation. NO touch and Barge poles etc etc.
Be careful when using this website...They show the price of the room and just as you put your credit card data they add on a massive service charge that was never mentioned before We were booking a Best Western room thinking we were on their official site,they look similar that's the first part of the scam!We booked a 160 euros a night room, but the credit card bill is 245 euros, with a 85 euros service charge for the room!!!All other website including the hotel itself (the real site) are selling that same room at a real 160 euros with no extra charge!!!After putting a very negative review, they not only answered but refunded the full amount of the booking as a sign of good faith.Thank you for this significant commercial gesture, although it would be best to make the charges clear at the very beginning of the process, and apply service fees that are more in proportion with the value of the booking made.
I have tried to make a booking without success but payment has been taken.I attempted to make a booking this morning, from the UK. I thought I was booking direct with marriot and not a US company. I completed the booking and paid, then I was taken to a page telling me that the booking could not be completed because the room was no longer available. Before going through the process, I checked my bank and could see that a payment was pending. How can they take your money if they haven't actually provided you with confirmation of the booking. My email (including junk) has been checked without anything from guest reservations.I have also tried to call but without a reservation number I cannot get through. I feel I have been duped. Should I hear anything back from Guest Reservations I will update this post, until then I will leave the rating as 1.Since writing this review I have received an update from the customer relations team to say that my booking did not complete and no payment will be taken. Payment is still showing as pending and until such time as it is not showing as pending, then I will not be amending my rating (updated 27.02.25)
