Review of Guestreservations
DO NOT BOOK with them . I am hesitant on writing this review because I don’t write bad reviews , I believe in sorting out the issue directly and I am concerned with backlash or targeted for writing a poor review . However , I can only share my real experience , and it’s such a poor experience I hope it prevents someone from making the sameMistake. So .. as the following reads;I was mislead into thinking that I was booking with Holiday Inn directly . Charges appeared after my card was processed . I initially didn’t think much of it because it was stated that free cancellation was available as long as request was placed 24hrs in advance of first check in date . I spend over 30mins the first time in the phone with an agent . And over 45mins with the agent the second time. Both times denied multiple times to speak to a manager. I finally hung up but did document everything and will be filling a fraud case with the appropriate authorizes. I should also mention , when contacting Holiday Inn that was when I find out the booking was technically made through Booking.com and the request for a full refund without penalty can only be made through the customer service agent via email , but that may take 1 or two business day to 7 days. When I request for the information so I can contact booking.com myself and ask them to contact Holiday Inn I was denied that information . This is highly un except-able .*Holiday Inn mentioned they have had many issues with guest complaints thinking they’re booking with the hotelChain directly , and not a scam website.
