Review Time
I have recently booked thinking I was booking with travelodge but then after trying to log into travelodge , finding out I've book with guestreservations.com I've tried emailing but haven't received anything back from them , didn't realise all the charges until after it was booked . It is so wrong how they can do this.
DISHONEST: This company clearly pays Google to get its advert placed at the top of the listing when searching for hotelname + reservations. The website name then begins with hotelname.guestreservations.com which is a deliberate and dishonest trick intended to fool customers into thinking that they were accessing the hotels own guest reservation website. The prices are then significantly higher than the hotel's own website or via one of the major reputable booking chains. Dishonest, despicable and duplicitous in my opinion.
Booked a room 6/21 and after I paid the reservation got switched to 6/8 so I called and was told there was nothing they can do and the money is nonrefundable so now I’m out over $200 because of a computer error this is nothing more than a scam
Be careful, this company is not serious, I supposed to book room by hotel website, but I don’t know why my book was in your website (guest reservations, when i received the invoice, it was include ridiculous fee service, much much more..Immediately I cancelled my booking and I’m waiting refund my money, I don’t know was debit my debit card, I want like you refund my money immediately
Went to book a hotel in Newcastle for this weekend as a suprise. However the payment is pending and customer service is no help. No confirmation number or customer support apart from a god awful automated answering service which is useless. No email provided to contact them directly. First and last time using this service. Update. After finally getting through to someone which was a nightmare. I have received my booking confirmation. Once on the phone they were helpful however was trying to sort it for half an hour.
This site is a scam! They sent a confirmation with no booking number. They charged my card immediately. I arrived and the hotel had no reservation. Guest Reservations required a booking number to submit a question. They never responded to emails. I have submitted a dispute to my credit card.
