This company makes you think you are on the booking site of a hotel/accommodation you are trying to book. Once you process the transaction double the amount of the accommodation is deducted. Phoned bank immediately when i got the email of the booking and saw it was in another currency and too much was deducted, will see if i get my money back. Otherwise this was an expensive lesson.
Avoid booking via this website. They trick you into believing that you are on the hotel’s website, charge exorbitant prices and do not return your money if you cancel. The authorities and credit card organisations should close them down.
Good morning.I request a FULL REFUND of reservation R5376572432 because I had to cancel my trip due to family issues.I have been sending emails since February 14, 2025 (around 10 emails) and to this day I have not received a refund for the account that was already deducted. I request a full refund of the US$413.45 debited from my VISA credit card.I have confirmed numerous times on my statement and with my bank. The refund was not processed. Horrible - do not use this group! I felt they basically tricked me into using their service when I had actually looked for the hotels own website. There was a booking error (may have been my fault), the wrong weekend was booked. They never send me a booking number and then when I went to alter booking I couldn’t, neither the online sight or phone is accessible without the number. Then they were useless to deal with after that. We should all use good local companies who care about us.
never go on this website!!!! they are not correct!!!! we already had two times a case where we were charged more as it should be!!!! they are in fact acting criminal and I can imagine they make a big profit because they really mistreat the people!!!! never ever book over this platform
