Review of Guestreservations
Good morning.I request a FULL REFUND of reservation R5376572432 because I had to cancel my trip due to family issues.I have been sending emails since February 14, 2025 (around 10 emails) and to this day I have not received a refund for the account that was already deducted. I request a full refund of the US$413.45 debited from my VISA credit card.I have confirmed numerous times on my statement and with my bank. The refund was not processed.
