Horrible - do not use this group! I felt they basically tricked me into using their service when I had actually looked for the hotels own website. There was a booking error (may have been my fault), the wrong weekend was booked. They never send me a booking number and then when I went to alter booking I couldn’t, neither the online sight or phone is accessible without the number. Then they were useless to deal with after that. We should all use good local companies who care about us.
