SCAMMERS!! Beware, they will rob you. Awful experience. They pose as the hotel's website. You think you are booking directly with the hotel. Conveniently they are called Guest Reservations!!They give you a good price for the night then take 5 or 10 times more and you can't stop it!!
Misleading and fraudulent company. Charging 214€ extra for 'taxes' while using the booking.com system and advertise on the url of the hotel itself (so you think you are booking directly at the hotel and once you are in payment proces there is a little note its an external company, but far to late in the process). So you receive a confirmation of booking.com for less money and the hotel also has the booking in the system as it it's from booking.com but you actually payed far more. Stupid that we didnt checked the small letters during the payment, bur very misleading and unethical company and you only are able to get in contact with an ai agent that is not helping you and they just don't have a personal service and lead you directly to the hotel, who thinks its a booking through booking.com. Booking.com is not aware of this company, but I have explained the situation also to them, since they are abusing their system. So be aware and read the small letters!
When I went to Fort Lauderdale the company left out my kids in the total occupancy count. When we arrived ( Boston to Fort Lauderdale) the hotel gave us, a family of 4, a single king bed in the room. My email confirmed I included the kids. The hotel had documentation guest reservation only shared two adults.
I was advised of a price of c238EUR on screen, i accepted that price and authorised a payment, i was billed 351EUR. They added on 73EUR for service fee and 41EUR for tax, neither of which were displayed before I authorised the payment. COMPLETE SCAM of a site and now I cannot get through to anyone using the number on the site. STAY AWAY.
Having made reservation from Portugal for a hotel in Dubai It took some time to get confirmation of the booking and only after I contacted the hotel several times. No confirmation came from Guest Reservations and contacting their customer service was impossible. As we never received a booking confirmation from them we had no reservation number to use to access their automated answering service.Best use alternative know sites or book directly with the hotel reservation
I wanted to make a reservation for a hotel room. Unfortunately, I went on this company's website. The website showed a price. When I was about to make the reservation, the price of the room doubled, and without asking for my approval for the final price, they charged me for the double of the price cited on their website. When I went to cancel that reservation, they still charged me that same amount. DISHONEST! Addendum: After the reply, the dishonesty remains clear. My comment has to do with the facts that (1) the price was changed from beginning to end without warning and (2) this price was debited without my approval via my bank which is the rule for transactions in France. I repeat: BLATANTLY DISHONEST!
Disguised as the hotels actual website, and then tack on extremely high hidden fees at the end without disclosing towards you. Then the kicker is they offer no refunds so you are forced to pay these high fees after you’ve already been charged. How they practice business is a scam and should be illegal.
I received reply from Guest Reservation customer service asked to write the case by email and within two days they replied with confirmation the additional taxes &charges will be refund to my account and it was done thanks for support to solving this case
Guest Reservetions is a skam= ignomity. they cheat honest people trying to find a good rate, not because we don't want to pay more but because we cannot. I thought I was booking Lilas hotel Gambetta in Paris but when I confirmed the payment, this name appeared and instead f'?r 90 euros a day, they took more than 560 euros. I am going to the police.
Very sketchy business. At first glance, their website closely resembles the official hotel site, which is misleading. After booking, I was shocked to receive an email confirmation showing over $100 in additional fees that were never disclosed during the booking process. When I attempted to cancel, I learned that the payment was non-refundable. It took numerous phone calls, both to the actual hotel and to "Guest Reservations" customer service (which was difficult to reach a real person instead of AI), to get the charges removed. They claimed the refund was processed and will take 5-7 days, so I'll see if I actually receive it. The problem is, if you're reading this, you probably got tricked into thinking you were booking with the legitimate hotel site, too. Good luck.
