I have never seen such an organisation

Update: NO REACTION FROM GUEST RESERVATIONS. If you ever see a reservation going through this website Make screenshots! I am opening a case against this company. They are absolutely against the European Law! I have never seen such an organisation offers a price and when you confirm the booking we were charged nearly 30% more! Tried to cancel because I hate being treated this way, but no chance! Reservation nr R5445257308Roland and Miranda

Charges an outrageous service fee

The announced price of the room was €173,69. I reserved, checked out and provided my credit card number (all in a rush since only ten minutes were given to complete the booking). I was asked to confirm the payment using the bank's App on which I saw they were asking for €264,57, including an enormous service charge I didn't notice when checking out. I refused the payment. To my big surprise the reservation was nevertheless confirmed by E-mail and, when I called it directly, by the hotel. (reservation #R5472915739). AVOID GUESTRESERVATIONS.COM !!!(by the way, booking directly on the hotel's website would have costed me €165 for the same room, no hidden costs)

It's a legit website / company. Careful when typing your email though!

Be really careful when buying through the website.It IS LEGIT. However, making a typo in your email when booking would probably result on you having no reservation number / confirmation. I had paid for a 2-night stay in Railay Phutawan resort having thought it was their official website (just comparing prices with booking). Did not manage to see the email confirmation, but that happened because it went to my spam. However, when trying to figure out how to contact the company (you can email to legal [at] guestreservations [dot] com) it looks like there could be many problems if something goes wrong.Reading their email response, it seems you might not be able to retrieve your booking confirmation:"The booking confirmation reservation detail forwarded by email is the only payment receipt available for your reservation. [...] The booking confirmation reservation detail is email generated; our system does not have the capability to alter any of the reservation details."There were also quite a few different fees hidden - This is what they would look like for 2 days:----------------------------------------Subtotal ?63.04Resort Fees ?5.16Tax Recovery Charges & Service Fees(See Details Below) ?41.83Amount Paid ?110.03----------------------------------------In the end, I managed to cancel the reservation as it was free cancellation for the next 48 hours and booked it through Booking.comGiving them 4 stars because it's not a scam, and they replied to my email in a 12 hour timespan

This is a scam.

This is a scam. They use search engines effectively to appear as if you are booking directly. The company advertised a room at the Ramada in Cambridge, UK at a non-refundable rate of ?85.00 on the night requested, but added a barely visible administration and taxes fee when it came to checkout. I did not notice that the final amount they had charged my credit card had shot up to ?132.22. They refused to refund, although I had chased this up immediately by messaging their 'customer care service'. They simply give a contact number in the USA if you want to pursue further but the charges for contacting their office are also likely to be extortionate, if contacting from the UK. My case reference number for the inquiry was #CN06304106.

I was scammed by this 3^ party provider

I was scammed by this site. The price shown on the screen was not the one I received on the invoice (it triplicates). Immediately I realized, I contacted them by phone, but it was not possible to cancel the reservation. I contacted directly the hotel, but they could not help neither. Beware of the scam

Very disappointed

The amount of the total booking only became clear after entering the CC data. Also no confirmation requested via the CC app so amount was suddenly debited. The total cost of the hotel room €2x€175,- was also calculated €150,- tax, reservation fees. If we had known all this and also booked now for 2 days unintentionally we would never have done this.An hour after booking we called the organization. But could not do or mean anything for us.Misleading and a very bad aftertaste.We have now paid a huge amount for what an overnight stay should be and also a lot of extra costs.Hopefully something else can be done.It was not possible to think along and that is a shame.

Booked a hotel for one night

Booked a hotel for one night, for 34 euros, but my credit card account was charged with 52 euros. It was not possible to cancel the booking. Scammers!!!

Guest Reservations deserves NO STARS

Guest Reservations deserves NO STARS! They will reserve a non refundable room for you and then tack on extra charges that they don't tell you about. In my case 500+ dollars they charged extra with no prior warning or statement of what the money went to.

THEFT/SCAM

They have charged my card GBP 815.15, without a hotel reservation. Every single attempt at contact has resulted in nothing being done, I have not been able to contact anyone. I will be forced to contact authorities if they have not refunded my

Scam pure and simple

Scam pure and simple. Use SEO to get a top ranking search result, pretend to be the hotel itself, then whap you with charges. Should be shut down.They even make up their own "We are Top-Rated" ad on Trustpilot's page below!
