Review of Guestreservations
This is a scam. They use search engines effectively to appear as if you are booking directly. The company advertised a room at the Ramada in Cambridge, UK at a non-refundable rate of ?85.00 on the night requested, but added a barely visible administration and taxes fee when it came to checkout. I did not notice that the final amount they had charged my credit card had shot up to ?132.22. They refused to refund, although I had chased this up immediately by messaging their 'customer care service'. They simply give a contact number in the USA if you want to pursue further but the charges for contacting their office are also likely to be extortionate, if contacting from the UK.
