BlueHost and iPower recommended this company to clean up our website infected with malware. They walked me through the process using plain language I could understand. They emailed me a list of plan options and I got the middle plan. I thought my website was secure. My domain name was and my ordering aspect was but not the actual site itself which got the virus that caused a redirect. It was a nasty one too! I'm very pleased with their customer service and their tech support. What they did was well worth the money!

I have had sitelock service many many years ago and they helped me fix my website issues and I also paid for the subscription service which was good... NOW i can not say the same. This company must have taken a really bad turn...I ordered SiteLock 911 service for my new website because i thought maybe there was some issues with my site, but it was only a hosting issue with my site and not a hack. Well before I knew that... I had already followed the instructions for setup and called the number to give my credentials. I paid $169 and haven't received any service. I have contacted support many times asking for an update, absolutely no response. It has been a week now and I still have not heard from anyone. They took my money and ran off! At this point I just want a refund, this experience has been horrible.I can not recommend SiteLock anymore, which is sad because they use to be so good.If you buy service from them, dont expect to get ahold of anyone. It will be frustrating.
Very poor experience. Had a manual removal of malware from my site. Said only a few days, continued to give false promises and conflicting excuses for the next 6 weeks saying it takes hours a day to scan the thousands of files and itl be another week, then another week. Then finally said contact my host provider after me chasing them, did this who brought the site back up only for it to still be infected! Back to square one, then finally they sorted it after all that within 2 hours! imo, nonence and lies for the last 6 weeks. Always were trying to worm their way out on chat support with excuses that conflicted the next support person's reason, along with just quite obvious lies sometimes, in my opinion. What an ordeal, avoid this company.
